Job Purpose The role of the Business support Administrator exists to support the project management functions on Projects across Hampshire and Wiltshire in addition to the wider UKPN Services business to ensure that the Projects are delivered to time, cost and quality. Key Responsibilities Raise Service Orders and Purchase Orders Provide project costing information. Goods receipt/post supplier invoices Investigate and resolve Parked and Blocked Invoices. Raise Gate C paperwork Maintain Training Plans. Maintain Inspection records. Arrange and support monthly Team and Safety Meetings. Develop and maintain Programmes of Work schedules and reporting Prepare project packs to issue to the delivery teams.
