With decades of combined experience across real estate, private equity investment, energy and power, investment and development management the team has deployed significant capital alongside institutional partners – in short, their track record is fantastic.
Their new business is backed by major private equity and HNW capital and they are positioned for significant growth. This search is to find them a Land Development Manager with a strong background in land acquisition, planning and then the development for 20 acres and above. Expertise in either I&L or data centres would be preferred, although we are also considering residential track records.
This 10-person team have built deep expertise in power, grid connections, and regulatory frameworks, and are now looking to expand by bringing in specialists with property expertise to support their continued expansion. With multiple active projects and a growing pipeline, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and well-funded platform shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
Salary is based on experience, but we are looking for someone with circa 7-10 years of experience of strategic land in either a agency capacity or working directly for a developer. This particular hire will be based from a Midlands office, however, we will consider a hybrid/remote working pattern and so open to UK wide applications.
