I am currently looking for the the following 7x 1 x HSE site Manager, 1 x HSE dept manager, 2 x HSE site supervisors. You will need to have the following experience, Civils, mechanical, and lifting experience required.
HSE Site manager – various locations throughout the UK so must be willing to travel, all accommodation, car, fuel, daily subsistence allowance, laptop, phone etc. Working construction hours which vary depending on planning conditions, but generally Mon-Fri 07:00/08:00 – 18:00 and half day Saturday 08:00-13:00. Salary 50-55k, obviously on top of this is approx. £7200 non-taxable food expenses plus the accommodation fees etc, plus workplace pension at employer contribution either 7% or 5%.
HSE site supervisors – As above. Salary 40-45k with the added food and other benefits, plus workplace pension at employer contribution 5%.
HSE dept manager – WFH but frequent travel for site survey, site audits etc. All accommodation, car, fuel, daily subsistence allowance when travelling for business plus laptop, phone etc, plus workplace pension at employer contribution 7%. Salary 60-65k.
