Shifts: Monday-Saturday, 5 days, Mix of Earlies & Lates-7:00am-15:00pm, 13:00-21:00pm

We are looking for a Scrub Theatre Practitioner with ENT and Orthopaedic experience to join our London Bridge Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.

What you will do:
1. Preparing and maintaining the sterile field, assisting the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period.
2. Monitor and manage the patient’s condition during surgery, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
3. Providing high-quality care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
4. Ensure accurate documentation of perioperative care and any interventions performed.
What you will bring:
1. Registered Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner.
2. Current HCPC/NMC Registration.
3. Previous experience as a Scrub Theatre Practitioner in a hospital setting.
4. ENT and Orthopaedics experience.
5. Urology experience (Ideal, not essential).
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
