Regional Support Manager - Grimsby Working Environment As a Regional Support Manager, you will take on a dynamic leadership role, serving as the primary point of contact for key locations including Barrow, Grimsby, and Liverpool. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across multiple UK sites. This pivotal position requires you to inspire and manage teams, while also building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence. Job Description As a Regional Support Manager you will proactively manage teams as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Lexington Catering, our customer and clients. Responsibilities: Motivating and managing a team Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth ( Inc processing invoices, stock & sales) Ensure seamless coordination between various teams and locations, especially between East and West Coast operations, to maintain consistency in service delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership and site managers (including Chef Managers in unique settings such as the Orsted sites) to align team objectives with company goals. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in environments with specific operational challenges Facilitate continuous training programs to keep staff updated on service excellence, culinary trends, and safety protocols. Lead by example to foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and high standards across all locations. Proactively contribute ideas and improvements to optimize processes, menus, and team efficiency in line with Lexington Catering’s commitment to innovation. Working Pattern : AS req mainly 7-4 Skills and Experience In this role: Proven experience of a GM successfully managing teams and working with external clients Serve as the primary point of contact for Barrow, Grimsby, and Liverpool locations, while providing support across other UK multi-sites as needed. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A strong team player with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams to achieve their best. Previous experience in managing teams, with contract catering experience being highly desirable. Act as the main client liaison, overseeing all communication from initial contact through to the event day, and providing on-site support.
