Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of legal principles to effectively represent clients in various legal matters. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities
1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues.
2. Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes in legal disputes.
3. Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court submissions.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations with opposing parties.
5. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation.
7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effective representation.
Requirements
1. Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
2. Proven experience in a similar role or relevant legal field.
3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. High level of attention to detail and organisational abilities.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
7. Proficient in using legal research tools and case management software.

Pay: £25,755.00-£35,000.00 per year
