Do you have dedicated experience in HR administration and HR systems?
We have registered a truly excellent temporary opportunity to join our exciting non-for-profit client in a fast-paced and varied role.
You will be responsible for the running of the HR system along with supporting the day-to-day function of the HR team, which will include supporting Payroll and Employee onboarding functions.
This assignment is to start immediately and will be ongoing for a few months initially whilst they recruit for a permanent full-time member of staff.
This is a part-time fully office-based role, working 20 hours a week.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Systems Co-Ordinator Responsibilities
* Produce accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Working with auditors for Finance and HR audits
* Support the IT team with updates, user access and technical issues
* Support training managers with creating and maintaining user guides
* Be the main point of contact for HR queries
* Support the payroll team with administering Employee benefits.

It is essential you have dedicated HR experience and are knowledgeable in all areas of relevant legislation and compliance. A background in HR systems management will also be key to your success in this role.
