* 90% HR administration (deal with all the basics like water off a ducks back)
* 10% HR advisory (basics)
* Contracts
* On boarding
* Email management
* People HR system management
* Payroll updates
* Letters
The candidate must have:
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 completed with 5 years min HR admin/advisor experience
* Commutability to Gosport 3 x per week
* Work and communicate superbly with the fab Senior HR manager
* Attention to detail with extensive admin experience
* Good level of education, maths, English etc
* Strong organisational skills
