You will be responsible for:
1. Leading and managing the identification, design, delivery, assurance, and evaluation of Microsoft Office applications training programmes across the Service.
2. Delivering Microsoft Office training to individuals and groups of staff using a variety of appropriate styles and methods.
3. Producing and maintaining training materials, both physical and digital, to support Microsoft systems.
4. Presenting new ways of working which drive cultural change and bring benefits to working practice.
