We are actively seeking a Fieldwork Coordinator to join our growing team at Aspect Ecology. Our Fieldwork Team is responsible for successfully managing the delivery of our survey schedule, utilising in-house ecologists, field ecologists, and sub-contractors to undertake our ecological terrestrial surveys for a wide range of projects. In this key role, you'll be at the heart of our survey operations as you'll be coordinating a team of field ecologists to deliver our survey schedule, servicing a wide range of clients across different sectors. Due to the seasonal nature of the industry, the profile of the role will change over the year, with spring and summer being survey season, whilst autumn and winter will involve consolidation from the previous season and preparation for the next.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent organisation and administration skills.
* Close attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal and team working skills.
* Demonstrable experience in a relevant logistics coordination or operational role is desirable.
* I.T./system skills – experienced with Office, especially Excel.
* A proven track record of delivering high service levels in a fast-paced environment.
