Job Description Elder St is a directly provide Women’s Homeless Residential Unit that provides a full assessment and resettlement service for women affected by homelessness and associated traumas. You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the day to day running of the project including, staff, financial and property management. You will work alongside partner agencies to ensure an integrated, effective service response to women affected by homelessness. You will work jointly with team leaders and care managers to ensure that agreed care plans are implemented and that support provide by staff meets Health and Social Care Standards. It is essential that applicants are able to work with people effectively at all levels using well developed influencing and interpersonal skills. Expert knowledge of service area is also essential. SVQ4 Social Care and associated Management qualification is desirable. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme & SSSC will be essential on taking up appointment.
