The home is a BEAUTIFUL 7 Bed Supported Living Service in Shaftesbury, Dorset which supports adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to move into the Registered Manager's role and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home.
Total Package: £55,000
Job Title: Registered Manager
Salary: up to £45,000 (PLUS Bonus)
Location: Shaftesbury
Hours: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for Adults with Complex Needs/ Learning disabilities/ ASD. Candidates with experience in ABI will be advantageous.

Requirements:
* NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Services or equivalent
* Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years
* Experience in a residential environment
* Full UK driving licence
