Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch), 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office (days to be confirmed)

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Company based in Ringwood who are looking to recruit an IT Support Desk Analyst on a permanent basis. This vital role will ensure the operational delivery and maintenance of IT solutions across the organisation.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Desk Analyst:
* Provide 1st/2nd level support
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems
* Maintain existing infrastructure
* Resolve complex problems experienced by end users
* Ensure day to day IT facilities are available to all staff across all sites
* Analyse IT and communication activity
* Work closely with the IT Director to plan and implement IT strategy to ensure productivity is maintained across the business.
* Support training plans of the Company and provide training on IT
Requirements of the IT Support Desk Analyst:
* Experience within IT Support
* Background within 1st or 2nd level support
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, IBM/HCL Notes and Domino environment
* Ability to prioritise workload and maintain deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Transport is essential due to regular travel to other sites
