As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
1. Determining suitability of candidates in line with the job requirements and person specifications.
2. Creating, posting, and updating job adverts, then managing and processing applications and responses.
3. Headhunting candidates for national roles.
4. Initiating and managing candidate and client relationships, understanding their requirements and needs.
5. Using a range of different online tools and websites to expand our reach.
6. Conducting reference checks and ensuring onboarding compliance.
7. Business development and client networking.
To be successful in this Recruitment Consultant role you must have:
1. A strong desire to work in recruitment and a willingness to learn.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant is not essential.
4. A sociable, confident, and outgoing personality.
5. High self-motivation.
6. A resilient 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn.
