Securitas is a leading organisation in the Security Sector, committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our employees, clients, and assets. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our fantastic team and uphold our high standards of safety and security.
Pay Rate: £13.86ph
Shift Pattern: 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 off
Contracted Hours: 56 Hours p/w

Job Opportunity
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facilities, managing a team of security personnel, and ensuring the protection of our property and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance safety and security.
* Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel on safety protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
* Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
* Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
* Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other disturbances, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
* Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities and incidents.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
Essential Skills
* SIA LICENCE
* Supervisor Experience
* 5 Year checkable work history
* Valid full UK manual driving licence.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good time management and ability to plan workload effectively.
