Our corporate client is looking to expand its dedicated Building Safety Case Team with enthusiastic Property Managers keen to pursue a Safety/Compliance focused career as follows:
Non-portfolio role (you will not manage blocks)
Fully home based with sites within the M25 (so you will need to drive, though not necessarily live within the M25 if you are happy travelling)
You must have basic exposure / knowledge of the building safety act in relation to high rise blocks, our client will provide additional support/training in post
Your role will focus on meeting our clients obligations across effected sites under management by reviewing reports, undertaking visits and passing your findings up the chain for the technical team to commence works as required
Unlike a previous role we were hiring for, this role does NOT require Building Safety Fund Application experience
