We’re opening a brand-new modern fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair and are looking for passionate, service-driven Commis Waiters to join our expanding front-of-house team.
This beautifully designed space will offer a luxurious stylish dining experience, combining exceptional cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Commis Waiter, you will play a key supporting role in the smooth operation of the dining experience. Working closely with the Waiters and front-of-house team, you’ll assist in delivering flawless service by preparing the restaurant for service, helping run food and drinks, and maintaining the overall flow and cleanliness of the dining area.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, with a warm and helpful attitude and a commitment to team success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional guest experience

Ensure tables are impeccably set and cleared in a timely manner
*
Run food and drinks efficiently and with care, ensuring correct orders reach the right guests
*
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining and service areas
*
Assist with daily opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is guest-ready
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the restaurant to support a smooth and efficient service
*
Proactively respond to guest requests and support Waiters in handling any issues that may arise
KEY REQUIREMENTS
