Enlighten Supply Pool are currently recruiting to find an exceptional Recruitment Branch Manager for our Harrow on the Hill office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to build a successful team and take a newly established branch to the next level. The Role As a billing Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Recruitment Consultants while continuing to manage your own desk. You’ll have the full support of senior management and access to outstanding training and development resources. This is a fully office-based, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with reduced hours during school holidays. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading by example to drive business growth alongside your team. Developing and implementing branch sales plans to meet performance targets. Coaching, motivating, and nurturing your team to achieve high standards and results. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Conducting regular team meetings, one-to-ones, and performance evaluations. Recruiting and growing your team to maximise the branch’s potential. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Managing budgets, business forecasts, and promotional activities. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: A proven track record as a billing consultant, ideally in education or social care recruitment. Experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters or resourcers. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A confident, resilient personality with the ability to inspire and develop others. In-depth knowledge of the education recruitment market is highly desirable.
