We are looking to fill a warm desk in Industrial Software, the focus being recruiting for commercial roles, i.e. the people who sell the software.
The Industrial Software Market size was valued at $37.84 Billion in 2023 and is projected to reach $260.3 Billion by 2030 - not a bad forecast!
Embark on an exciting and rewarding career journey, with long-term potential earnings climbing to over £120k.
Average fees are circa £25k and average billings are £300k.
Responsibilities
* Pioneer the expansion of the client base within your space.
* Build your candidate network, targeting industry movers and shakers.
* Transform quality leads into productive client relationships, securing signed terms.
* Schedule and attend key industry conferences and appointments.
* Display maturity and resilience while leading a business practice.
Requirements
* Proven experience in 360 recruitment or business development within a complex sector.
* Demonstrate a passion for excellence and continuous learning.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong academic record - proven to succeed in difficult tasks.
