Our client, a global agrichemical business, would like to hire 2 administrators to be based fully on-site at their location in Grangemouth.
This global company will offer technical IT training for their in-house systems for document management and SAP for the right candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. One role will be focused on team support, meet and greet on their reception, and some diary and meeting management.
2. The other role will be more focused on document management.
They have a 6 month and 12 month duration respectively, with lots of opportunity to extend in the roles.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Some experience of either document control or office administration is essential.
2. Knowledge of MS Office is required.
