Accounts Assistant
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,077 - £30,086 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for two accounting professionals with administration experience to join our dedicated organisation.
In this role, you’ll help keep our finances on track by processing payments, managing supplier invoices and credit cards, and completing monthly reconciliations. You’ll handle petty cash, ensure approvals meet policy, and support month-end with journals, accruals and prepayments. You’ll also assist with audits and provide timely support to suppliers and colleagues, resolving queries and guiding them through processes.

- Administrative experience, preferably in a Finance team.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills - MS Office (intermediate Excel skills).
You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
