Salary: £46,148 - £50,056 per annum

What you will be doing?
This role is based in the Medway region within the substance misuse service. You will work as part of a wider healthcare team with a mixture of psychosocial and clinical interventions. There are many opportunities to develop new skills, making this role ideal for nurses seeking to broaden their knowledge and understanding of caring for high-risk adults with complex needs.

Candidate must have:
1. Active NMC Pin
2. Non Medical Prescriber
3. Experience in Substance Misuse
4. Ability to attend home visits (must have own vehicle or able to travel to homes and outreach)
5. Driven to provide high-quality clinical assessment and treatment
6. Ability to work with vulnerable adults presenting complex needs
