We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately identify and supply the necessary parts for workshop repairs.
2. Manage stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and sales of vehicle parts and accessories.
3. Process parts orders for service customers efficiently.
4. Assist with various tasks within the parts department during peak times.
5. Prioritise and schedule tasks effectively, ensuring productivity under pressure.
6. Maintain professionalism and integrity, handling situations with discretion and objectivity.
7. Consistently meet deadlines while upholding high standards of work quality.
8. Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, even in high-pressure situations.
9. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
10. Ensure the efficient allocation of tasks to meet timelines.
11. Adhere to all quality standards and audit requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will:
12. Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage stock, process orders, and quickly learn manufacturer systems in a fast-paced environment.
13. Possess knowledge of Kerridge, Keyloop, or similar systems (this would be an advantage).
14. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
