Brandon - an award winning branding and design agency in Manchester and London - are looking for a new Creative Brand Strategist to join our growing team.
ROLE SUMMARY
You’ll work as part of the team to develop and execute brand strategies for our diverse portfolio of international clients across different sectors, with a strong focus on FMCG. You will collaborate with senior strategists, creative teams, and clients to craft brand narratives that resonate with target audiences to awaken brand potential.

We offer hybrid working of 3 days in the Studio each week, and 2 working from home. And if you’re a lover of travel, you’ll get plenty of opportunity in this role.
ROLE IN DETAIL
* As a key member of the delivery team gain a good level of understanding of the client’s business and their goals, target audience, and competitive landscapes.
* Good understanding of and ability to manage primary research, working with key research partners.
* Conduct market research and competitor and trends analysis to uncover opportunities and insights.
* With senior support facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to inform strategy development.
* Identify and clearly articulate creative ideas based on insight.
* Develop and articulate brand stories through distinctive brand definition.
* Create comprehensive brand strategies that include positioning, value proposition and messaging frameworks.
* Work with creative teams to translate brand strategies into engaging campaigns and activations.
* Create narrative driven insightful presentations and deliver strategic recommendations.
* Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in the role we’re looking for:
* 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role within a consultancy or agency
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand, comms or marketing strategies
* Ideally experience working with global FMCG brands
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to clients
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
