Endeavour Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a new member to join the team. We are a progressive growing IT Recruitment Consultancy working with some of the largest organisations around the globe. The position we have is for a Recruitment Consultant. We are considering both experienced Recruiters as well as individuals who have the ability to learn and grow into the role.
Daily tasks include:
1. Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
2. Business Development and Account Management.
3. Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting.
4. Network and advertise to potential candidates.
5. Identify skills sets and match them to vacancies.
6. Contract negotiations.
7. Database management.
8. Dealing with general queries.
