We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our small friendly team. You will need ambition and drive to deliver at a consistently high level, to help us retain the excellent reputation we already have.
Job Specification
* Provide clerical support, including filing, scanning and organising documents
* Maintain and update various databases
* Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
* Handle stock ordering and monitoring of levels
* Providing general support to other departments as and when required
* Participate in activities necessary to support the smooth running of the business
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Strong IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook packages
* The ability to solve problems independently and with confidence
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* The drive to learn new skills
* Prior experience in an administrative role is beneficial

* Salary: £23,795 per year
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays - going up to 24 days after 5 years service and 25 days after 10 years service
