Your Role and Responsibilities As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, providing one-to-one and small-group support to help them engage with their learning. You will assist in managing classroom activities and ensuring a calm and structured learning environment. Supporting students with behaviour management strategies and emotional well-being will be a key part of your role. You will work alongside teachers to adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and encourage students to develop independence, confidence, and social skills. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have a patient, caring, and resilient approach to supporting young people. While previous experience in education or a support role is beneficial, it is not essential. A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to helping students with additional needs succeed is essential.
