No one day will be the same! – Your role will be working with service users in the Floating Support Service across Bath and North East Somerset.

We are looking to add to our innovative team of talented individuals which will support the organisation as a whole to maintain high quality delivery of services.
The role
The successful candidate will have experience of working in mental health services and will support clients to understand their needs and empower them to address some of the challenges they face including:
* Support to maintain accommodation/tenancy
* Support to manage physical health and wellbeing
* Support to manage mental health and wellbeing
* Support to maximize income, reduce debts, or find paid work
* Support to prevent loneliness and isolation
* Support to stay safe

* Due to the geographical coverage, it is desirable, (but not essential) that you have access to a mode of transport at all times (mileage is payable).
