1. Understand and deliver all contractual terms

12. Implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate.
13. Ensure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures.
14. Report HSE issues beyond your control to your line manager.
15. Ensure team are trained and adheres to all H&S and FS policies
16. Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
17. Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries
18. Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
19. Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
20. Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested
21. Experience in contract catering
22. Previous culinary experience essential
23. Previous management experience in a similar role
24. Passionate about working in a food service environment
25. Good communication skills and able to work positively with others as part of a team
