Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for account management and business growth? We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a fast-growing fragrance wholesale business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, managing key clients and driving revenue in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication.
Understand customer needs, buying patterns, and market trends to tailor offers effectively.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, maximise profitability, and hit sales targets.
Analyse sales data to set competitive, profitable pricing and optimise inventory turnover.
Process sales orders with accuracy, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Reactivate dormant accounts and drive new business acquisitions.
What We're Looking For:
B2B Sales and Account Management experience (preferably in FMCG or wholesale).
Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; knowledge of SAGE is a plus.
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth.
