Job description We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to work with one of our well-established client in Burnley. JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Administrator will maintain HR & administrative tasks required within the Operations Department supporting the Production, Warehouse and Engineering function on Site and at our Sites. Within this Role, it is essential thatthe individual manages their time effectively to ensure all functions are supported and any tasks completed to a high level, utilising all current processes and systems to ensure consistency across all functions. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Balance your time to support all Departments with their critical requirements in relation to operations administration. Support Managers in supplying information from our HR database systems to enable them to manage their people in relation to absence, performance, development and wellbeing. Support Coordinators in completing Employee/Contractor inductions, ensuring all associated paperwork is current, i.e, New starter checklists completed, PPE requirements and ensuring Employees/Contractors understand Site policies Print off Goods in Checks and Labels for Goods in deliveries (QA120s) Ensure training records are up to date and filed appropriately to ensure audit compliance. Organize right to work documentation for agency staff and file appropriately to meet compliance standards. Curious about system development and input Printing and Signing off the Time Sheets for Operations in a timely manner on Monday mornings. Monitor accrued TOIL/banked hours and communicate to Department leads on a weekly basis and obtain sign off together with month end submission for payroll. Assist with supporting cover for reception for breaks and holidays. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Computer literate with in - depth experience of Microsoft office software Intermediate skills in Microsoft office including Power Point, Excel and Word Utilizing time and attendance systems (payroll submissions) Can do and proactive approach Type of work : Temporary to permanent Hours of work : 22.5 hours per week up to 26hrs per week Monday-Wednesday 8am 4pm Flexibility to work onThursday8am 1pm if needed Pay rate: £13.05 per hour (£15,264.92 per year) ADZN1_UKTJ
