As a Part-time Sales Advisor based in Colchester (CO3 0LE), you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, serving our customers behind the trade counter
* Answering the phones, responding to email enquiries, and writing quotes for customers
* Supporting the team with deliveries, checking goods in, and stock replenishment
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment
* Previous experience working in a customer service environment
This is a part-time opportunity of 20 hours per week.
