To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience across multiple sites. The Operations Support Manager will support the operations manager with staff training, compliance audits, mobilisations, relaunches, marketing and brand standards. The Operations Support Manager with assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR processes. The Operations Support Manager will report to the operations manager. The Requirements A strong individual from a quality led multi-site and/or multi outlet catering operation. Experience within contract catering is desirable. A clear communicator who can can liaise with clients. Background as a support manager or multisite general manager is ideal. A diligent self-starter with a passion for people development. Tech savvy and comfortable using computing applications.
