Senior Account Executive
Location: Flexible (London office, hybrid, or fully remote)
Selling: B2B Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), Cloud Based, AI-Software
About the position:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving sales in this B2B Financial Planning SaaS Vendor's mid-market segment across the UK, Ireland, and across the EU minus Benelux or DACH (as there are counterpart teams there).
You’ll map out, and win new logos with in-house Finance teams, selling to the CFO and their verticals. The industries are agnostic, as this is a business-critical solution, required by all businesses north of 50+ employees in headcount, way into the 10's of thousands. Used by some of the world's most recognisable brands globally across various industries.
You will meet and exceed sales targets by executing the sales strategy, collaborating across teams, and contributing to sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own sales execution and performance for your Territory.
* Lead sales strategy and improve sales effectiveness.
* Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
* Collaborate with teams to drive sales and ensure alignment.
* Support remote inside sales and partner teams.
* Participate in sales reviews and contribute to decision-making.
* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets (ARR), pipeline growth, and customer expansion.
* Represent the company at events and promote the brand.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments
* Proven success in Territory development and new logo acquisition.
* Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
Core requirement:
* Current experience selling to CFO's and their verticals is needed- any SaaS solution, Business Intelligence, CRM, or Business Applications is required!
