MAK Integrated Services, a quality-focused security provider is seeking a motivated and reliable Team Leader to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills and experience in managing security staff while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Duties Include:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Security Officers across various assignments.
2. Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and company policies.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance and support.
4. Conduct regular site visits to ensure high standards of service delivery.
5. Address operational challenges and escalate issues to management as needed.
6. Oversee scheduling, performance monitoring, and incident reporting.
7. Foster a positive and professional working environment within the team.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in the Security Industry, ideally in a supervisory role.
2. A valid SIA License and Driving License are essential.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
6. Good working knowledge of MS Office and general computer systems.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £38,000.00 per year

1. 12 hour shift
