Randstad UK is recruiting for a Business Analyst on behalf of our client, Holcim UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience in driving successful Salesforce and digital implementation initiatives.
Role: Business AnalystLocation: Bardon Hill, UK (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week, flexible)Rate: Flexible Depending on experienceContract Length: 12-month contractShift Patterns: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and other digital implementation projects.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and process flows.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
* Participate in workshops, testing sessions, and system demonstrations to validate solution design.
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training activities for new Salesforce features and deployments.
* Contribute to change management, process improvement, and post-implementation reviews.
* Ensure continuous improvement by staying up to date with Salesforce capabilities and project management best practices.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with Salesforce CRM and large-scale implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, data structures, and key modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
* Experience with business process mapping and requirements documentation.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Desirable Requirements:
* Driving license and use of a car.
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, or logistics sectors is a plus.
