Receptionist in busy Legal Practice
Due to retiral and staff reorganisation, we now have a vacancy for a full time Receptionist. As the first point of contact with our firm, we are looking for an organised and dependable person, with good telephone and communication skills.
Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Receptionist duties include answering the telephone, dealing with general, and property enquiries, distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, indexing of Wills and Title deeds. Other general office duties may be required from time to time, including managing Social Media Portals, input and update of the Company Website, and assisting with typing.
Applicants should have basic typing skills and computer knowledge but training will be given.
The commencing salary is £23,000 per annum which will be reviewed after the probationary period, and annually thereafter.
