Our client is a growing company and needs an experienced Ops Manager to join their small and friendly team located in Borehamwood, Herts. This is a chance to be part of a small, award-winning financial planning business. You’ll help run the day-to-day operations and make sure everything goes smoothly for their clients.
Our client is looking for someone who’s organised, motivated, and ready to work with their team to achieve great results. You should have experience working at a financial planning company in an ideal world.
Your tasks will include:
1. Managing and supervising the team
2. Supporting the business owner when needed
3. Keeping track of the work and making sure everything gets done on time
4. Managing different parts of the business, like compliance, IT, marketing, and finance
5. Updating processes and making sure things are efficient
6. Staying up-to-date with regulations and company policies
