Customer Service Representative & Cafe Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuel products and food/refreshment needs for their journey.
2. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages as part of barista services.
3. Inform customers about promotions and special offers available in-store.
4. Handle counter sales & process payment transactions efficiently.
5. Assist in kitchen operations, including food preparations.
6. Prepare fresh, high-quality sandwiches and baked goods.
7. Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site in collaboration with the team.
9. Adhere to health, safety, security, and food hygiene standards.
Hours: 30-35 hours/week
