Job Responsibilities: 1. Focus on the rendering effect of character pipelines and the development of efficient tools; 2. Work closely with character artists, graphics engineers, etc. to design and implement benchmark character processes and efficient workflows; 3. Responsible for developing shader and lighting effects for character skins and hair, equipment, weapons; 4. Collaborate with other TAs to design and develop dynamic expressions of character hair, clothing, pendants, etc., and other special effects of character performance; 5. Collaborate with the 3D team to create best practice workflow documents and organize training courses; 6. Continuously monitor and understand the development of new technologies and processes, and research and develop new technologies.Job Requirements: 1. Years of technical art experience with all-rounded knowledge of art, experience in shipping AAA titles. 2. Proficient in code abilities such as HLSL, Python, MaxScript, Blueprint Materials, familiar with VFX workflows such as Niagara and Houdini; 3. Fully understand the functions and features of UE engine, have a deep understanding of PBR rendering and artistic workflow, including 3DMax, Maya, Substance, etc.; 4. Passionate about games, familiar with Japanese and Korean stylized animation, comics, games, etc.
