Role Summary
Specialising in either permanent or temporary staffing, you will proactively identify and develop relationships with businesses that are looking to grow. You will work with them to identify top talent for their businesses, building relationships with current and future candidates.
This role sits within Manpower's convenience space, a small yet efficient team that we are looking to grow within our ever-expanding brand-leading company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Using sales and business development to build revenue and maximise client portfolio.
2. Working within an identified specialism and becoming an expert in your field.
3. Scheduling and attending business development meetings with clients.
4. Developing multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities.
5. Using talent databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
6. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates for the client.
7. Qualifying candidates and checking their suitability before submitting their details to the client.
8. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
9. Organising interviews and providing feedback.
10. Working towards and exceeding targets/KPIs.

2. Exceptional ability to listen and multitask effectively.
3. Proactive thinking, anticipating and driving actions and conversations.
4. Understanding clients' short and long-term skill needs.
5. Clear and confident communication skills, influencing both clients and candidates effectively.
6. Organised, tenacious, and resilient with a professional demeanour.
7. All successful candidates must have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
