An opportunity to be a Commercial Finance Analyst for a service business in Solihull. It’s a well-regarded business with a fun and friendly team and great reputation. This role will help drive decision-making for the wider group.
Main Duties:
1. Assisting the FP&A Manager
2. Liaising with key areas of the business to understand and overcome inefficiencies
3. Delivery of forecasting and budgeting activity
4. Accruals & Prepayments
5. Journals and reconciliations
6. Cashflow forecasting and Payment runs
7. Preparation of management accounts
Location / Office / Culture
This role is based between Redditch and Solihull, with three days a week in the office and two at home. The company operates from a modern office consisting of a strong finance team of 80. The business is very flexible in its working patterns.
What We Are Looking For
1. Experience in a high growth environment
2. AAT qualifications, with a desire to study ACCA/CIMA/ACA
3. High attention to detail
4. An ability to work to tight deadlines
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in spreadsheet software
