Applications will be considered from anyone with previous Customer Service experience, but it will be beneficial to have had experience communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
Duties:
1. Main point of contact for customers
2. Assisting companies with queries and complaints
3. Resolve customer issues
4. Deliver high value service to drive maximum value from products and services
5. Develop and build long-term relationships
This is a full-time position based in Skipton, and hybrid working is available on completion of probation.
