The ideal candidate will have previous experience in alternative provisions and a proven ability to manage challenging behavior effectively. Key Responsibilities: Build a positive and trusting relationship with the student, offering consistent support and guidance. Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behavior. Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment to help the student stay engaged and motivated. Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to create a personalized learning plan. Promote the student's social and emotional development, enabling them to achieve their goals. Requirements: Previous experience working in alternative provisions is essential. Strong understanding of strategies for supporting students with behavioral challenges. Resilience, empathy, and the ability to build strong, professional relationships with students.
