The Role: Join our team as a Senior Integrated Producer (Art), driving the creative process of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the production process of integrated campaigns from concept to completion. You will be essential in managing production, nurturing client relationships, and fostering the creation of compelling campaign creative. This role requires project planning and seamless execution, all while upholding the highest standards of quality, creative excellence, and embracing diversity and inclusion. T he ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on tim e, managing the production process for the s tills projects in addition to multimedia campaigns often with moving image and social content either in association with stills, or independentl y. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative development process from inception to final delivery, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity in every aspect of our work. Stay up to date on the latest trends especially in Photography and Illustration as well as Film and other art forms. Collaborate with a diverse range of writers, designers, and creative professionals to bring innovative concepts to life. Develop and manage end-to-end production process for integrated campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and experiential projects Delivering digital content for social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn) in line with the campaign content strategy and brand guidelines. Develop and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with creatives to pursue the best creative solutions for all your projects. Dedicate yourself to finding the best possible suppliers to deliver every job Supervise the production of a variety of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content. Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards, valuing diverse perspectives in our creative output. Communicate thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions that resonate with a wide audience. Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing inclusivity and diverse perspectives in every task. Requirements: Proven track record of managing production projects within an agency environment, with a focus on still imagery and art projects. In-depth knowledge of production processes, including sourcing great talent, budget management, and project scheduling. A true interest in all aspects of visual communication Excellent image search skills and knowledge of image libraires A good knowledge of Photographers, Illustrators, Filmmakers, and related artists, agents and production companies Strong knowledge of copywrite laws and usage rights Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budget constraints and resource optimisation Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently while valuing and promoting inclusivity. Manage pre-production meetings when required Attend and manage shoots, sometimes outside the UK Deep knowledge of industry trends, social best practices and formats, embracing diversity as a key driver of innovation. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring inclusivity in every project. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and diverse client needs.
