TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established law firm, who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their successful property team in Cardiff. Applications are encouraged from candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience of working within a Residential Property department, as you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Conveyancing on complex matters.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparating and drafting legal documents related to property transactions.
Managing and organising case files
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties throughout the process
Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
