Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
* Assisting individual students or small groups with learning activities
* Helping to create a positive learning environment
* Supervising students during class and break times
* Providing feedback to teachers on student progress
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
Skills:
* Understanding of the national curriculum
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy when working with students
Desirable Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
The role involves working in a school environment, following the school calendar and timetable. Part-Time hours are expected, with flexibility required to support classroom activities as needed.
