Base Location: You’ll be based at our newly built offices in Aldridge. This new, incredible facility is where you’ll learn, develop, and grow your career while gaining exposure to every aspect of our business.
We are looking for the right person ASAP, but the programme can commence at any time of the year.
The company is unable to sponsor employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Our Graduate Training Programme is your passport to a management role with us. Over two years, you’ll experience hands-on training and mentorship across Wernick Group, focusing on Wernick Power Solutions, one of our fastest-growing divisions.
Wernick Power Solutions (18 months):
* Dive into depot operations, fleet management, and supplier relations.
* Work directly with senior leaders, including the Managing Director.
* Gain technical expertise and develop strong client and supplier relationships.
* Learn the ins and outs of the hire process and collaborate across divisions.
Other Divisions (2 months):
* Explore the innovative solutions from our sister companies.
Head Office Experience (1 month):
* See how recruitment, finance, and sustainability drive the Group’s success.

Are You What We’re Looking For?

Requirements:
* A 2:2 degree (engineering preferred but similar degrees would be considered).
* A full UK driving licence.
* Bags of common sense - someone who isn't scared to muck in.

Geographical flexibility is necessary for the entirety of the Programme, and for the role following completion as you could be permanently placed at any of our depots across the UK.
A full UK Driving Licence will be required as regular travel will be involved.
