Job Summary

As a Patient Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service from the moment they enter our clinics. This will involve building strong relationships with patients, assisting in consultations, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following treatment
* Assist in patient consultations and introduce patients to their optometrist
* Scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
* Maintain accurate patient records
