Day-to-day of the role:
Payroll Duties:
* Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK employment laws.
* Review and collate payroll information prepared by other departments.
* Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, leave, and deductions.
* Liaise with HMRC regarding tax codes, National Insurance, and statutory payments.
* Support in the preparation of P45s, P60s, and pension contributions.
* Respond to payroll-related queries from employees.
HR Duties:
1. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
